Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court - March 11-14, 2010
Based on the Mark Twain classic, this adaptation by Tim Kelly with music and lyrics by Larry Nestor, takes the audience on a tuneful journey to Camelot. Experience the thrilling days of King Arthur, and the Knights and Ladies of the Round Table with Hank Morgan, a modern-day teenager from Hartford, Connecticut who is knocked out where working on his school’s stage crew. Finding himself in Camelot, England, he is quickly hailed as a great wizard after he predicts an eclipse of the sun. While trying to modernize Camelot with bicycles, T-shirts, and telephones, he finds himself saving Camelot from an invasion by the king’s wicked half-sister. There is great fun and excitement for everyone as Hank overcomes the evil plot and finds his way back to Connecticut. Musical.
