- Assistance with pre-meeting or post-meeting leisure activities.
- Arranging spouse activities or special functions during conference.
- Publicity & marketing
- Preparing and distributing news releases prior to convention.
- Alerting media to arrival of convention and requesting on-site coverage.
- Providing lists of local radio, television and print media to aid in securing publicity
- Promotional materials
- Providing brochures on area attractions, events, hotels and restaurants.
- Loaning videos and photos of Charleston and West Virginia are available for loan to help build convention attendance.
- Registration assistance
- Outsourcing registration requests to local temporary agencies.
- Civic official liaison
- Providing letters of welcome for your attendees from city officials.
- Finding speakers to extend a brief welcome to your delegation.
