A Month of Mountain Stage in CWV
The month of May is packed with music in the capital city, and it’s not just any music, it’s music by some of the most talented musicians known nationally and locally… many even GRAMMY nominees or GRAMMY winners. And lucky for you, there are three Sundays in May that will welcome music lovers to the Culture Center Theater for Mountain Stage.
The live recorded radio show is produced in Charleston, and has been the home to live music on NPR for over 30 years. Not only is it broadcasted on local public radio networks, it can be heard on over 130 stations nation-wide and overseas. It’s a one of a kind music experience that will leave you with a new favorite musician or a new favorite song from one of your life long idols.
In the words of Larry Groce, host of Mountain Stage, “Go out and hear some live music wherever you are, just as soon as you can.”
